Postage

..is charged at cost plus slight packing charges unless previously included or calculated. On reciept of your order, we will calculate the cost and advise you before we start your order for your approval and confirmation.

Delivery

We are no longer making custom made garments unless by special agreement beforeand.

We will keep you advised should there be a delay in completing your order.

Return Policy

UK - Please notify us beforehand of any returns, which should be made within 7 days from the date of despatch.
Items must be returned via recorded delivery if within UK.
International Items, notification of any returns return should be made within 12 days from the date of despatch and returned by "International Signed For" or Insured for your security.

ALL REFUNDS will be made within two working days upon receipt of the returned goods using the method of payment used -

ie: Refunds will be made via NOCHEX OR PAYPAL. Cheque payments will receive a cheque refund.
Please note that we do not refund postage costs

All knitted items and other goods must be returned in their original unworn/unused condition. All labels and tags should be in place, refunds will not be given if they have been removed.
